Who we are looking for.

We have no vacancies posted right now. We are in closed beta and hire slowly, on purpose. These are the people we would like to meet before there is a vacancy — if one of them is you, an introduction now puts you first in line when there is.

What the work is

What you will do

  • Build connectors to the business software our customers already run, from modern REST APIs to the older ones nobody wants to touch.
  • Work on the part that decides, per call, what a person’s assistant may see — and prove it afterwards.
  • Own what you ship, from the pull request to the customer who first relies on it.

What you bring

  • Years of building back-end software people depend on. We work in PHP and PostgreSQL.
  • A habit of asking “who may see this?” before “does it work?”.
  • Curiosity about MCP, OAuth and how assistants reach data.
Product

Product engineer (full-stack)

Everything a person sees: the rule editor, the governance report and the audit views.

What the work is

What you will do

  • Turn rights, row filters and masking into screens a compliance officer can read without a manual.
  • Build the views that make the log useful: what was asked, what was withheld and why.
  • Sit in on customer calls, and ship the fix to what you heard.

What you bring

  • Experience across the stack, with a real eye for the front end.
  • Taste in the unglamorous parts: tables, forms, empty states.
  • Comfort with TypeScript, and with PHP when the change goes deeper.
Commercial

Founding go-to-market lead

The first commercial hire: talk to Benelux companies, run the demos, shape the story.

What the work is

What you will do

  • Run demos with owners, finance leads and DPOs at small and mid-sized companies.
  • Bring back what they actually need, and help decide what we build next.
  • Build the pipeline and the playbook the next commercial hires will use.

What you bring

  • A track record selling business software to SMB and mid-market in the Benelux.
  • Fluent Dutch and English.
  • Enough technical depth to be trusted in a room with IT.
