The terms that govern your use of the Sallyport website and service.
These terms are a legal agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and Sallyport [legal entity] ("Sallyport"). By accessing our website or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Sallyport provides a governed access layer between AI/LLM tools and your business software: per-person access rules, filtered results, and audit logging. Specific features, limits and connectors are described on our website and in your order or plan, and may evolve over time.
You're responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at info@sallyport.eu if you suspect unauthorised use.
Free trials are provided as-is and may be changed or ended. Paid plans, fees and billing terms are set out in your order or on our pricing page. Fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated. [Refund / cancellation terms.]
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy & DPA. Where we process personal data on your behalf, the Data Processing Agreement applies. You retain all rights to your data.
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". Any service-level commitments are only those stated in a separate written agreement.
Sallyport and its underlying software, brand and content remain our property. You keep ownership of your data and configuration; you grant us the limited rights needed to provide the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sallyport is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to [the fees paid in the preceding 12 months]. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Either party may terminate as set out in your order or, for free use, at any time. We may suspend access for serious breach of these terms. On termination, we delete or return your data in line with our Privacy & DPA.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date, and continued use means acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the competent court in [jurisdiction], unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
